Carol has lived in Aiken three different times over the years and, after a thirty year career in shopping center and regional mall leasing and development, I came "home" to stay!! During my career, I worked hand-in-hand with retailers such as Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works, Coach, Chico’s, and Maurice’s, as well as small local and regional retailers across the country, selecting store locations.

A graduate of Aiken High School and Auburn University, I lived in a variety of communities across the country but Aiken always had my heart!

Having moved many times and having experienced buying and sellilng my personal homes several times, I relate to my clients on a very personal level and bring my business acumen to the table as well.

My goal is to help my clients achieve THEIR goals and move to the next level in life, and to make the process as efficient and stress free as possible along the way. !

A sincere desire to help people, a passion for real estate of all kinds, and a love for Aiken all combined to bring Carol to become part of the Fabulous Aiken Homes team to begin another facet of her real estate career.
