I started my professional career as an editor, working at both Glamour and Mademoiselle in New York, for a while at POLO in Gaithersburg, and ultimately as editor of Sidelines in Wellington, Florida.

I have been published in many magazines over the years and wrote books on trail riding on public land in Florida (Florida on Horseback) published by the University of Florida.

As you might gather, my passion has always been horses — and foxhunting is my preferred sport. Aiken has a lot to offer for horse nuts like me. My husband and I currently have horses, I am a South Carolina horse show steward, and we drive the hound truck on Thursdays for Whiskey Road Foxhounds. A horse background is always a plus in Aiken and I always ask, “Want to see the barn first, or the house?”

Once we settled in Aiken, real estate seemed like a good fit for me. I have been primarily a buyer’s agent, but love working with sellers as well . Townhouse or farm, family home or weekend getaway, I love helping my sellers and buyers find the perfect fit.
