Established in 2000, South Meadows is a peaceful family based residential community surrounded by gorgeous views. The quiet neighborhood features several high quality amenities, such as a pool with pool house, and a recently renovated children’s playground. Residents of South Meadows also enjoy numerous events every year, including the Annual BBQ, the Easter Egg Hunt, and the Fall Festival.

Beaver Creek Plantation is home to one of the southeast’s largest quail hunting courses, which can accommodate up to 28 hunters in a single trip. In addition to its quail hunting courses, the plantation also boasts several outstanding amenities, such as ten fully stocked ponds, a well-designed full-service lodge with two conference rooms, a pro shop, dining venues, and a fully stocked bar.

Beaver Creek Plantation offers three exclusive waterfront lodging facilities that can accommodate up to 32 guests. The plantation’s Three W Lodge features 12 bedrooms and baths, each room equipped with twin beds.
